EXCHANGE
We offer a 7-day exchange window for all items, including our undergarments (soft bras, briefs, and thongs).
For hygiene reasons, briefs and thongs come with a try-on liner sticker. Please ensure the liner remains intact before trying on — items without the liner will not be eligible for exchange.
The exchange period starts from the date your parcel is marked as delivered, based on our courier’s tracking records.
Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange only. If your preferred exchange piece is unavailable, you may opt to convert the amount into store credit for your next MORI order. Returned items must be in saleable condition. Exchange requests may be rejected if items are worn, washed, or soiled.
A S$3.00 processing fee applies to local exchanges to cover the delivery of the replacement piece. For international orders, fees vary by location.

Exchange items can be returned via tracked postal services (e.g. SmartPac or Registered Mail). We aim to process exchange parcels within 7 business days of receiving them.
The MORI Club reserves the right to reject exchange requests if items are deemed unsaleable. Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit — we strongly recommend using a tracked mailing option.
RETURN
We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing faults or defects.
Faulty items must be returned to our HQ for inspection before a refund can be processed. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
