 Why the term 'planet-friendly'?
We love how the term translates our brand ethos + approach so well, and c'mon it's pretty cute no?

And, to be honest – we just simply can't vibe with trendy green buzzwords like 'organic' or 'sustainable' without being able to back it up with concrete scientific facts and data.

Just placed an order, when will I receive it? 
Sweet! Orders are typically processed within 1 working day and will arrive 2-4 working days for local orders and 10-15 working days for international orders.

 I picked the wrong size/color/style for my MORI undies – can I do an exchange?
Of course, you can exchange any unworn, unwashed MORI bras within 7 days of receiving your delivery. A gentle reminder that we can't do exchanges for MORI briefs for hygiene reasons. 

 I don't like my MORIs – can I get a refund?
Oh no, what's wrong. ): We're so sorry to hear this – but we don't offer refunds for all our goods unless it's on manufacturing errors.

 How do I place an order via text?
All you need to do is just pop us a text via WhatsApp at +65 80118622 - a MORI representative will hop in the chat and guide you through your purchase. We offer 5% off total bill for all text orders!
 
Tell me more about your packaging. 
Glad you asked! We have use reusable cloth pouches for our undies (in true The MORI Club fashion — these are too, 100% handcrafted at our HQ!) + paper-based packaging that is easy to upcycle or recycle.

The MORI Club also has a strict plastic-free policy – we don't like poly mailers. Feel free also to request minimal packaging!

When are you making smaller/bigger sizing? 
Expanding our size range to make our undies as accessible as possible for every body shape has always been our top priority. Unfortunately, as a small business with an even smaller budget, things are often (annoyingly) slow-moving, but we are working on it, we promise.
