Return & Exchange

 
We offer a 7-days exchange policy for all goods except briefs due to sanitary reasons. The validity of our exchange policy runs from the date customers receive their order/package, as reflected by our couriers' information system.

Item(s) are eligible for a one-time exchange only. If nothing catches your eye, you may convert to store credits for your next MORI order.

Exchange goods are to return in an unworn and saleable condition, and the exchange policy will not be applicable if goods are used or soiled. There will be a $3.00 processing fee to cover the courier delivery (of the new piece) for local orders; for international customers - the fee varies depending on the location.

You can start the exchange process by reaching out to us via email at info@themoriclub.com with your MORI order number and the style + color/size you would like to make an exchange for; a rep from our team will advise further on the next step forward. You may drop off your piece at our studio or use a postal service to send the item back to us. We aim to process exchange parcels within 7 business days of receiving them.
The MORI Club reserves the right to reject exchanges if we deem the item in an unsaleable condition. Do note that The MORI Club is not responsible for any exchange parcel lost in transit - we strongly recommend customers send their exchange parcels through postal services with tracking options.

We will not be able to accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing fault or defect. You'll be required to return the faulty item to our HQ for inspection to start the refund process. Once your refund is approved, you will see your order amount refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
